By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on 12/21/2021. Three (3) winners in the Greater Seattle area (excluding the Pennisula and other islands in the Puget Sound) will be selected at random by JMC Visuals at 12 PM PST on 12/22/2021 and the winners will be announced on JMC Visual’s Instagram and Facebook pages, as well as, notified on or after this date via email or direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The winners will have until Dec 31 2022 to redeem their prize. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Each entrant shall enter the competition by having booked a shoot with JMC Visuals between 1/1/2021 and 12/21/2021 and also by following JMC Visuals on Instagram and Facebook (@jmcvisuals.wa) and by downloading the Photo Prep Guide. The Prizes will be awarded to three (3) randomly selected winners who have entered, using a random number generator. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Instagram or Facebook is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. JMC Visuals will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. JMC Visuals will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the JMC Visuals reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
