What is your turnaround and how are my visuals delivered?
Professional Photography, Drone Photography, Matterport Tours, Zillow 3D Home Tours are delivered by 10 AM the next business day.
Friday shoots will be delivered on Satruday morning. Our offices are closed on Sunday, but we have made exceptions from time to time as understand the nature of the business.
Floor Plans have a 1-business day turnaround. For Friday shoots, we can request a "rush" service, but it is best to plan for them to be ready on Monday as it is not gauranteed that they will be ready on Saturday. At this time our Floor Plan partner does not offer gauranteed expediting requests for a fee.
Headshot and Brand/Marketing visuals are delviered in 1-5 business days from our shoot date depending on the size of the shoot. Same day delivery may be possible with advance arrangement and for an additional fee.
All visuals are delivered via an easy-to-use online gallery that is shareable with your admin or team members.
What is your service area?
We are based in the Bothell/Mill Creek area and currently serve the Greater Seattle area - including these counties; King County, Snohomish County, Pierce County, Skagit County, Whatcom County, Kitsap County.
Are services include for travel within a 30-mile radius of our Bothell/Mill Creek homebase. For travel outside of our homebase radius, we charge a flat-rate travel fee starting a $50. Travel fees apply to jobs approximately North of Arlington, South of Kent, East of Gold Bar. We don’t typically offer shoots on the islands, but have made exceptions. Additional travel and transportation fees will be applied. We do travel to Camano Island since a ferry isn’t needed. We also travel out of state - please inquire for a custom quote.
How long should I plan for the shoot to take?
We recommend you plan for at least 1-hour if doing professional photography only on an average size home around 2500 sqft or less. The time required is based on the size of the home and overall lot, the number of special features of the home or views, and the number of services.
Once we understand the size of your shoot we can give you an estimate of the time required if you need that information in advance.
How should I prep the home for photo day?
We will be photographing the exterior and interior of your home. This includes all major rooms. If you have any special features of your home please advise so we can be sure they are included in the shoot. We do not normally photograph the garage unless it has special features. The house should be shoot-ready when we arrive. Due to the back-to-back nature of our schedule, we are unable to spend extra time at the home waiting for it to be cleaned, dusted, de-cluttered, etc.
