Professional Photography

Drone Photography
Demonstrate the size, scale, and proximity of any property with drone photography. Drone photography will enable a bird’s-eye perspective for home buyers that would normally be impossible to achieve.

Allow buyers to virtually tour the property before they visit in person. Listings with a Zillow 3D Home tour are:
Boosted in search results on Zillow and Trulia for the first 7 days when published
Highlighted with a 3D badge on the listing thumbnail image
Receive two times the number of views on these sites than listings without
Tours are generated using a 360° camera that captures images and then stitches them together so viewers can easily move around the listing in a Google Street view type of style.

Floor Plans
Buyers want simplicity and clarity in their home search process. Our black and white, 2D floor plans clearly and quickly show the layout of a property allowing buyers to know immediately if they are interested or not.
This service has a 1-business day turnaround - Friday appointments will not receive floor plans until Monday. The average dimensional accuracy of this service has been tested to be 95-97%.

INCLUSIONS
High-res JPG and PNG file formats that show each floor individually and all floor together in one view, with and without dimensions

Virtual Staging
Short on time and budget to get a listing staged? Virtual staging is a great solution that allows you to still showcase the full potential of a home to potential buyers, and at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional staging.
We highly recommend booking this service with a minimum of 2-business days between the shoot date and the go-live date of the listing to allow enough time for any feedback/adjustments to the virtual staging to be made.

1-3 images - $40 each
4+ images - $35 each

Interior and exterior virtual staging options available
24-48 hour return - with up to 1 round of revision if necessary
The first round of images is typically back to you the next morning. Please allow for additional 24-business hours if revisions to the staging are requested.
